Our vision is to supply healthy, locally raised, quality meat products to communities throughout the Northwest. Our government-inspected abattoir is located at the corner of Donaldson Road and Hwy 16. At 2,500 square feet it has a chill cooler capacity of 15 beef and a shipping cooler capacity of 10 beef. Our staff can process 15 beef, 25-30 lambs or 20 pigs per day.
Sanitation in the abattoir includes an ozone pump which provides a cold water cleaning antimicrobial system that produces microbial results that are better than conventional cleaning and sanitation, with the added benefits of both saving energy and protecting the environment.
